CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CO-FOUNDER

The Chief Executive Officer COS James Mathibeli Moleko is an experienced Businessman. He was the Operations Manager of Moleko & Associates Chartered Accountant Lesotho. He garnered over 15 years of experience in Accounting, Supervision and Business Management and holds a Diploma in Marketing Management, Public Relations Officer, Dip Business Management, Financial Management and Project Management from Executive Education Newport University.
He is also the Director of Moleko and Co. Business Consultants, Properties and General Manager of Moonshine Café and Restaurant and Shine Filling Station. With this amazing experience he is also the Director of Lestech Technologies, Director Lime Vision Technologies, Director Moonshine Construction, Director of Makanyane Mining and Construction, Managing Director of Kal-Glove (Lesotho) PTY Ltd and Kal-Glove Cleaning Services PTY Ltd. He is the former Secretary General of Association of Private Security Companies (Lesotho). He was the Executive Member of the Council of Association of Lesotho Employers and Business.
He attended a number of security courses, conferences and seminars both locally and internationally, although his membership of British Association of Industrial Security Association is still pending. (See Annexure A – BB Alert Awards). His track record includes:
i) Securex held in South Africa
ii) World Security Congress held in Thailand Bangkok,
iii) International Fire Security Exhibition & Conferences (IFSEC) held in Birmingham United Kingdom.
He received numerous awards, including International awards on behalf of the company (See Annexure A – BB Alert Awards): i) Diamond Eye Award in 2014.
ii) PMR Silver Arrow award 2008/ 2012/ 2013
iii) Golden Arrow awards 2008/ 2011.
iv) International Award for the Excellence and Business Prestige - New York City. COS James Mathibeli Moleko is a former member of the Labour Advisory Board.

DIRECTOR GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

The company’s Director General Administration duties are handled by DCOS Lehlohonolo E. Ntai.
Before joining the BB Alert Security Guards Professional Management in 1999, DCOS Ntai served in the Lesotho Government for eight years from 1965 to 1972. He was appointed by the Public Service Commission to be the Parliamentary Hansard Reporter, to serve in the First Parliament, First Session, in the Senate. He first underwent training at the Lesotho Government Training Centre, Kingsway, Maseru, in commerce, Secretarial Services and what was then called Office General Administration.
His duties in the Senate were to record and transcribe the Parliamentary discussions of 33 senators; i.e. 22 Principal Chiefs and 11 Senators nominated by His Majesty the King; and then compile a comprehensive Parliamentary Record called Hansard, which was identical to that of the House of Commons, United Kingdom. DCOS Ntai firstly prepared the Notice Paper, (Business for the coming week/or days); the Order Paper, (Business for the day), and the Blue Paper, (Business which has been passed by the Parliament and now ready to be signed by the Privy Council, and by His Majesty the King, after which it would go to the Government Printers for printing and publicity
The above was followed by another training at the Lesotho Government Treasury; Government Accounts, which consisted Preparation of Government Disbursement Vouchers, Commitment Control Ledgers; Virements; Accounts Codes (Budget Lines). He was then assigned to the Accounts Examination Section of the Treasury, to examine disbursement vouchers prepared by Government Departments and rectify the errors.
DCOS Ntai’s very last year of service with the Lesotho Government was in 1972 at the Public Service Commission where he served for one year as Assistant Secretary to the Commission. He issued circulars announcing the vacancies that existed in all Government Departments, and their requirements. Received the application letters and forms, and invited the applicants for interview by the Commission, and later advised them of the outcome/results.
DCOS Ntai served in the United Nations Development Programme from 1973 to 1997 as Administrative Assistant in-charge of finance and Operations in the United Nations Financed Project, and then as Finance Officer at UNDP Head Office, Maseru, serving more than 40 united Nations Agencies, mainly: Vendors’ Disbursements (Ensuring not to exceed their approved annual budgets): Processing Local and International Travel, (Air tickets and Per diems) including travel claims settlement; compiled rates of exchange for various currencies with local Banks in Maseru so as to determine monthly UN standard rates of exchange for Lesotho; Prepared monthly UN Agencies Finance Reports for Lesotho, to UN Headquarters in New York.
DCOS Ntai also travelled extensively to various countries in Africa, the United Kingdom and to Mauritius participating in Finance and Administrative Courses/Workshops under the auspices of the United Nations Development Programme.
He served as a Secretary in the Lesotho Association of Private Security Companies, Maseru and is now the Treasurer of the same Association.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

SADCOS Tseliso Abia Makoetje was born in the family of Mr John and Mrs Tselane Makoetje on the 15th March 1954 at Ha Makoetje in the Maseru District.
He received both his Primary and Secondary education in Lesotho. In 1972 he worked in the mines of the Republic of South Africa (RSA) until 1976 when he joined the Lesotho Mounted Police. He joined the Lesotho Mounted Police in April 1976 until 1987. In 1987 while in Lesotho Mounted Police he attended C.I.D. basic courses for six weeks.
In 1987 he attended Public Prosecution course which was conducted by the Directors of Public Prosecutors and Law Office Lesotho. After the course he was then transferred to the Law Office and worked as a Public Prosecutor. He worked at Law Office until 1991 when he left to work at Lesotho Bank as a debt collectors and Security Officer. In 1996 he attended the Fire Fighting courses. He then worked at Frasers as a debt collector and security officer until 2006.
SADCOS Makoetje was married to the late ‘Mamotheba Makoetje. They are blessed with 3 children, 2 daughters and a son.
He joined BB Alert Security Guards in the early 2007, and worked as Investigation Manager and at Katse as Regional Manager. He was transferred to Maseru in 2013 where he was appointed the Director of Operation.

DIRECTOR OF INTELLIGENCE

SADCOS Theko Bofihla Griffith was born at Maseru Hospital on the 18th March 1961. He joined the Lesotho Mounted Police Force in 1979.
He was promoted to the rank of Detective Sergeant in 1986 while stationed at Police Headquarters Criminal Investigation Division. He first worked as a C.I.D. in the districts before he was promoted, namely Mohale’s Hoek and Qacha’s neck
He successfully attended and completed some course while serving in the Police Service.

SADCOS Griffith is widowed; he is blessed with 2 daughters. He is a dedicated father and Christian. His hobbies are reading physical fitness, watching various sports activities. He likes to listen to cool music and relaxing.
We have an investigation team build of well-experienced personnel headed by SADCOS Theko Bofihla Griffith. AS he worked for Lesotho Mounted Police Services as a policeman from 1979-1990 he did short courses in France and Egypt.
SADCOS Griffith worked in the Criminal Investigation Division of Lesotho Mounted Police dealing with cases in: house breaking, robbery, armed robbery, murder, car theft, theft common, fraud and forgery etc.
Further, he worked as a Security Officer for Lesotho Bank from 1992 to 1999. He also worked for Lesotho Bank (1999), as Security Officer, from 2001 to 2008. Whilst at Lesotho Bank (1999) he did short courses of Telephone Techniques, Customer Service and Standard Bank Product Knowledge.
SADCOS Griffith joined BB Alert in 2008 and worked in the Investigation Department until he was promoted to head of the department.

ADCOS A.M Hoosen joined the Lesotho Mounted police service in 1985. He was promoted to the rank of Lance Sergeant in 1993. In 1995 he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
He worked in the office of Interpol Police Headquarters’ after attending Interpol training in France. He holds diploma in Public Administration and Management with Lesotho Institute of Public Administration and Management (PAM), which is affiliated with National University of Lesotho.
He attended other courses including Drugs Border Control. He also attended Prosecutions and Criminal Investigation Division basic and advanced courses. He has a Medal in long service and good conduct of 20 years.
He joined BB Alert Security in 2012. He worked as investigator; he was later promoted to the rank of assistant Director Chief of Security. He heads the department of Law and Marketing. He is also responsible for the discipline of the employees.

DIRECTOR ADMINISTRATION

High Intelligence Officer ADCOS Abia Lelaka (HIOI) was attested at the Lesotho Mounted Police in 1983.
In 1984 he completed the training at Police Training College (PTC). He was chosen to work at Lesotho Intelligence Service, after 6 month training as an Intelligence Officer.
After 3 ½ years he was chosen to attend MOS course at Police Headquarters Maseru Radio Room.
He was commissioned to the rank of Lance Sergeant in 1985. He was later promoted to the rank full Sergeant in 1998 where he was transferred from Maseru to Mafeteng.
In October 1999 he was transferred to Qacha’s Neck and transferred to Quthing on the 20th October 2000.
He was promoted to the rank of Warrant Officer in February 2001 which was then called High Intelligence Officer in the National Security Service (NSS).
He was later transferred to MOD (Ministry of Defence and National Security Services) until his retirement.

ADCOS Lebohang Thahe worked for Robert Construction Company as a Wage Clerk between 1975 and 1976. In 1977 he joined Holiday Inn as a Front of House Cashier.
He was promoted to the position of Internal Auditor in 1979. He was later promoted in 1982 as a Front of House Manager. He was then transferred to join Food and Beverage Department as an Assistant.
In 1988 he was promoted to the position of Banqueting Manager. He was later transferred to casino Department where he held the position of a senior Shift Manager.
He successfully attended and completed the following courses:

DEPUTY DIRECTOR OPERATIONS

PVT Thabang Motlomelo received his Primary education at St Bernadette Primary School from 1978.
He did his high school education at Letsie High School.
He later joined Lesotho Defence Force from 1985 to 2006.
After completing Parachute Jumping course in Tempe Bloemfontein in RSA in1991 he qualified as a Para-Trooper.
He accumulated over 60 Jumps from C-130, C-160, Dakota and Casa Aircrafts.
He underwent the following courses: Parachute Jumping, Basic Intelligence.
He also obtained Special Force, Combat Engineers which was conducted by Indian Army training Team (IATT).
He also completed 81mm motor training which was also conducted by the IATT under the company training of SADC countries.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR OPERATIONS

CSPOS Monyane Moleko joined B.B Alert in 2006 as an intern whilst pursuing his studies.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration.
His daily tasks include dealing with public relations matters, registration, payroll computation, routine check-up on staff strength, and other administrative duties.
He attended courses in payroll and easy roster in Indaba Sky Mark Security in Johannesburg and with stallion Security in Bloemfontein, respectively.
He also worked for Fundvolt Casino in Bloemfontein. He is the assistant manager at Shine Filling Station and Manager at Moonshine Café and Restaurant.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR FINANCE

CSPOS T. Khali first started his employment as an assistant lecturer at Masianokeng Commercial School.
In 2003 he joined Khali and Partners Chartered Accountants (Lesotho) which later merged with Masoabi and Associates Chartered Accountants (Lesotho) to form Masoabi/Khali and Associates Chartered Accountants (Lesotho). Whilst at Masoabi/Khali and Associates he was elevated to the position of Trainee Audit Manager, the position he held for four years.
In June 2012 he joined BB Alert Security Guards (Pty) Ltd.
He has successfully attended and completed numerous courses both locally and regionally, to name a few:
a) Effective payroll Administration, employee remuneration and accounts payable
b) Football Administration
c) Basic First Aid He holds Certified Accounting Technician (CAT)-ACCA and Secretarial and Administration – first Diploma (PITMAN)
Whilst doing his CAT-ACCA, he received certificate for outstanding performance in financial Management. He is a member of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants (LIA) –CAT (not in practice)

DEPUTY DIRECTOR FINANCE

CSPOS Ntsebeng Polonyana attended her Primary at Sofia English Medium School from 1993 until 1996.
Her family later moved to Maseru in 1997 where she attended school at National University of Lesotho International School (NULIS) where she completed her Primary and high school education between 1997 until 2005.
In 2006 she went to Ohio USA, sponsored by Maseru Rotary Club to become a Rotary Youth Exchange Student for 12 months.
She came back in 2007 and enrolled in Bachelor of Accounting at NUL from August 2007 which she completed in 2013.
She worked as a temporary worker at Photo and Gift Galaxy and Lerotholi Chambers respectively before starting university enrolled and after finishing university.
She started working at BB Alert in the Account department in April 2014.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR ADMISTRATION

Ms ‘Mamohato Qhamakoane joined BB Alert as an Accounts Clerk in 2002.
She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
She mainly worked with preparation of clients’ invoices, creditors and debtors’ reconciliation, banking as well as payroll reconciliation.
She was later appointed as the Assistant Administrator, where she deals with administrative duties such as filing, banking, cheques and vouchers preparation, etc.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR ITC

CSPOS Mpho Motaung completed her primary and High School education in 2001. She furthered her studies with CBS undertaking Computer Studies.
She obtained her Diploma in Business Management and Fashion Design at CNB College in Johannesburg in 2004.
She started her employment at Kal-Glove Lesotho in 2008 till 2012, where her main duties included amongst others stock control and administrative duties of the office.
She joined BB Alert in 2014 as a Secretary / Receptionist.
